10~50g/Kg Thiodiethylene glycol
Xg/Kg Bean flour thickener
10~60g/Kg Ammonium tartrate
Pick-up : 60~80%
Injet Printing
Papijet TxA inks are suitable for high speed printing mode
The optimal printing conditions are: 20~220C/68~720F and relative humidity=60%
The use of Papijet CS as pre-filling and cleaning solution is recommended
Fixation
Direct printing on silk or nylon
For 40~60min in saturated steam at 102C C/2150F
Aftertreatment
For direct printing an aftertreatment is recommended
The composition and sequence of the treatment baths depend on the machinery available
Rinse 5min with cold water
Soap 5min at max. 300C/860F with 1~2ml/l soaping solution
Rinse 5min with warm/cold water
