- Pretreated polyester is recommended for the best result.
Papijet TxD are suitable for high speed printing mode
The optimal printing conditions are : 29~220 C/68~720 F and relative humidity = 60%
The use of Papijet CS pre- filling and cleaning solution is recommended
- Fixation
- HT steaming 8 min 1800 C/3560 F or thermo fix 1~2min at 180~2100 C/356~4100 F
- Aftertreatment
- After treatment is recommended
The composition and sequence of the treatment baths depend on the machinery available.
Rinse 5min with cold water
Soap 5min at max. 300 C/860 C with 1~2ml/l soaping solution
Reduction clear 5min with 500 C/1220 F with 1~2g/l hydrosulfite and 1~2g/l caustic soda
Rinse 5min with warm/cold water
